Pennmark Properties Inks New Long Term Deal at the Clearfield Mall

Pennmark Properties has signed and secured a new long-term deal at the Clearfield Mall located in Clearfield, PA. The Clearfield Mall consists of 160,000 SF of retail space that recently went through upgrades consisting of a complete façade renovation and repairing of the parking lot. The Mall features major retailers such as Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Dollar General, Goodwill, Rent-A-Center, and recently opened Anytime Fitness. Located in close proximity to the Clearfield Plaza and the 1-80 Interchange, Clearfield Mall has outstanding visibility and is easily accessible to major arteries. Now, Clearfield Mall is very excited to welcome their new tenant, Harbor Freight, to the center!

Harbor Freight started as a small family-owned business just over 40 years ago and has now grown to having over 1,100 locations nationwide. They now will be occupying 15,400 SF of the Clearfield Mall, next to Rent-A-Center and Pizza Hut.
