Pennmark Management Company, INC.’s Latest Long Term Deal At Suburban Square
Pennmark Management Company, Inc. has signed and secured a new long-term deal at Suburban Square located in Ewing, NJ. Suburban Square consists of 110,199 SF of retail space that boasts national retailers, such as CVS Pharmacy, Five Guys, and Dollar General. This Plaza also contains local favorites, such as Body Language Dance Studio, Captain Laundry, and Villa Rosa Italian Restaurant. The Shopping Center is located at the intersection of Parkway Ave and Scotch Road, directly adjacent to the Ewing Town Center. Now, Suburban Square is thrilled to welcome its newest tenant, Capital Health, to the area. Capital Health was represented by Rob Loverro of Simone Realty.
