Dickey’s Barbecue Pit To Open New Location In Waynesburg, PA

Pennmark Management Company, Inc. has signed and secured a new long-term deal at Greene Plaza located in Waynesburg, PA. Greene Plaza consists of 122,000 SF of retail space that boasts national retailers, such as Aldi, Big Lots, Dunkin, Rent-A-Center, and Wendy’s. This Plaza also contains local favorites, such as Casa Capri Pizza, Golden Wok Chinese, and Hidden Treasures Thrift Store. The Plaza is located on Route 21 and       I-76, with excellent visibility to all of the public driving past. Now, Greene Plaza is thrilled to welcome their newest tenant, Dickey’s Barbecue Pit,      to the area.

Dickey’s Barbecue Pit started as a small-family owned business in Dallas, Texas in 1941. After many years of serving the same quality barbecue recipes handed down through generations, you find southern hospitality at the heart of the company. They have now expanded to 44 states,            and have more than 500 locations, including this new location in Greene Plaza. They will be occupying 4,000 SF of space in Greene Plaza, next to Golden Wok Chinese.
